Excel Programs

Excel Level 1

This is a basic class dedicated to the Excel beginners or those needing a refresher. The training will be dedicated to understanding spreadsheets, their purpose, and functionality. Participants will learn to create a spreadsheet, enter data, modify data, enter a formula, adjust cells, format cells and spreadsheets, create a table, and how to print and save spreadsheets.

Excel Level 2

Excel Level II is for intermediate learners. During the training participants will learn how to do the following Excel tasks: protect spreadsheets, insert formulas/functions, create charts and how to use them in Word, format charts, add comments, name a range, find/replace data, sorting and filtering data, and inserting images, shapes, and SmartArt.

Level 3

This course is designed for the experienced Excel user to learn advanced features such as database functions, text functions, advanced filter options, creating and editing macros, data analysis, sparklines, goal seeking with data tables and PivotTables.

PivotTables

PivotTables are one of the most powerful features of Excel and are something that every serious user should know how to use. PivotTables are also one of the most difficult features to figure out unless you have training. Our goal is to make PivotTables less intimidating and more useful by turning data into meaningful information.

Tips and Tricks

This course is designed for experienced Microsoft Excel users who want to further master their skills. This training goes beyond the basics to fully utilize the features of Excel.

The excel training from ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï was tailored to our immediate needs. The staff and trainer worked to create a program specifically for us. During the customized, day-of training, the trainer was engaged and adapted pace and content as needed. The team took away new skills from the training that will help us improve reporting and drive efficiency gains.
