The purpose of ºÚÁϳԹÏ's licensing program is to ensure that ºÚÁϳԹÏ's brand identity is properly represented on products and services marketed to the both the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï community and the public. The licensing program is responsible for determining if a product and/or design are consistent with the goals and image of ºÚÁϳԹÏ. The program also ensures the quality, content, production and distribution of products meets ºÚÁϳԹÏ's standards.
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï has contracted with CLC to help improve its licensing program. CLC acts as an intermediary for ºÚÁϳԹÏ, enabling it to work directly with manufacturers and retailers. This ensures that decisions can be made promptly and that manufacturers can become licensed with the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï in a timely manner.
The licensing program is a resource for all members of the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï community and the vendors who work with the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and was designed to ensure consistent and appropriate use of ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s visual identity. Additionally, the program enables ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï to share in the benefits derived from the commercial use of these trademarks.Â
All ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï trademarks are the property of ºÚÁϳԹÏ.

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï licensees are encouraged, within the stated guidelines, to be creative in the application of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï trademarks. Any and all designs must be submitted through CLC’s Brand Manager 360 system and are subject to approval by Strategic Marketing Affiliates and the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï prior to production.
The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Visual Standards Manual provide the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï community and commercial designers with thorough explanation of the visual standards to be used for all printed, electronic, promotional and retail items.
The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï marks may not be altered and all products must be produced by licensed vendors. For a list of approved vendors, please review the Licensed Vendor Lists.

Only officially recognized student organizations may produce merchandise displaying both the student organization's name/logo and the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï trademarks. All designs must be submitted and approved through CLC's Brand Manager 360 system before production can begin.
The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï marks may not be altered in any way and must adhere to the ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Visual Standards.
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï departments are required to use licensed manufacturers for all products bearing ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï marks.
