President's Report
Building Momentum
EACH AND EVERY DAY, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï works to build careers, partnerships and momentum. For over 60 years, we've been changing the game in regional higher education and growing to serve our community. Drive down University Boulevard and you'll see the physical proof. Renovations to the Byron C. Wright Administration Building and Health Professions Center are two of the most noticeable developments in ºÚÁϳԹÏ's continued momentum. While these important construction projects may be the face of campus, they are not the heart of ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
Our people—students, faculty, support staff, administrators, graduates, community partners, donors and families—drive our University's success. This institution has always been by the people, for the people. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï was founded by local business leaders who built public higher education opportunities from the ground up to support homegrown talent. This legacy is our blueprint for the future.
As a public University, we serve as an innovation engine for businesses throughout our region. External companies, large and small, can bring complex challenges to our campus and tap into the collective talent of our students, faculty and applied research resources. At ºÚÁϳԹÏ, transformative and experiential learning are at the core of every classroom.
As President, it is my privilege to guide the University's momentum with resilient stewardship. Looking forward, the people of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will keep making history by building community connections, intentional partnerships and professional pathways that reinforce our foundations. These enduring and emerging relationships show just how much impact ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï can make when we build together.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

INTENTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Trusted partnerships with Deaconess Health System, Amcor, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana, Old National Bank, AstraZeneca, Liberty Federal Credit Union and the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, to name a few, not only position ºÚÁϳԹÏ for meaningful collaboration, but open doors for students' future careers.
PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï graduates form a talent pipeline to strengthen and support Indiana's workforce. Education is a powerful tool to help our state grow, innovate and succeed.
