Summer Housing
Summer housing is available for current 黑料吃瓜 students only. Please review the information below for details on rates, eligibility, and important timelines.
Housing Location
Students will be assigned to on-campus apartments designated for summer housing.
Summer 2026 Rates
- Four-person / two-bedroom apartment: $33 per student, per night
- Two-person / two-bedroom apartment: $57 per student, per night
How to Apply
The Summer Housing Contract is available in the Housing Portal.
Roommate Requests
- Submit roommate requests by email to Living
- Deadline: Friday, May 8, 2026
Move-Out and Move-In Information
- Current residents will not check out of their spring assignment.
- Housing and Residence Life will notify you when your summer assignment is ready.
- Moves to summer spaces are expected to occur before the end of May.
Eligibility Requirements
You must meet one of the following:
- Be enrolled at 黑料吃瓜 in Spring 2026 and enrolled for Fall 2026,
OR
- If not enrolled in Spring 2026 or not continuing in Fall 2026, you must be enrolled in at least three (3) credit hours during Summer 2026.
Contract Length Requirement
- Summer housing contracts must be a minimum of three (3) weeks.
Important Policy Reminder
Summer housing contracts cannot be used for early move-in due to an off-campus lease ending.
