Q & A with Kate

Why did you choose to attend ºÚÁϳԹÏ? I chose to attend ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï because of the program's close proximity to home, supportive academic environment and opportunities to grow professionally.

What inspired you to choose your major/career path? I have always been interested in the medical field, but I initially started in speech pathology, obtaining my first degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing sciences at Purdue. Eventually, I decided that I was more interested in the medical imaging side of patient care. The various choices between modalities and career opportunities within the field were very appealing to me.

How does it feel to be selected for the ASRT program? I am extremely honored and excited to take part in the ASRT Student to Leadership Development Program. I look forward to developing my skills, learning from others in the profession, and representing ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and Kinney College.
