This text messaging service allows you to subscribe to receive text messages from the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï ("ºÚÁϳԹÏ") on your mobile device. Subscribing to this service is not required.
If you consent to receive text messages from ºÚÁϳԹÏ, Disability Resources will send you periodic texts regarding occasional appointment reminders or essential event details. This service provides information via text messaging about matters that ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï deems helpful and pertinent.
All mobile information you share with ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will remain confidential and only be used by ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï representatives. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï does not share phone numbers with external sources. Other offices, departments, or organizations at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï may collect and use information in forms different than described herein, and as such, you should review the Website Privacy Policy of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï at www.usi.edu/policies/web-privacy, and the policies of any other electronic services or website of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï that you may use.
All costs associated with receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving the message. Receiving mobile text messages from ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is entirely free of charge. However, standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier still apply. Check with your mobile operator for details on receiving text messages (SMS).
All users may opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving text messages from ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Disability Resources by selecting "NO" on the accommodation agreement. If you opt-out, you will no longer receive text messages from Disability Resources unless you re-subscribe to such services.
As technology is ever-changing, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï cannot guarantee that the information visitors transmit electronically is entirely secure. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï makes every effort to protect the privacy of its users. However, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï cannot guarantee the security of information that users transmit, and users share such information at their own risk. Acceptance of this policy is a condition of using the text messaging services, and users agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. The resolution of any disputes concerning this policy is subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
