Being safe is all about protecting our health and wellbeing! Some examples include:

  • Be safe with sexual health: proactively communicating with sexual partners and healthcare providers, engaging in responsible practices to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections and seeking routine preventative care and testing. 
  • Be safe with alcohol and other substances: understanding how alcohol and other drugs affect your personal health and learning the steps you can take to reduce your risk.
